At Heart of Healing we are
Limited to 4 people per session so please book ahead
***We kindly ask to you refrain from participating in the “high intensity” sessions if you:***
– suffer from heart conditions / pacemaker
– have a history with epilepsy / seizures
– are a pregnant or expecting mother
– have vibration sensitive objects in the body (eg post surgery)
– suffer from high anxiety, psychosis, or other severe mental conditions
– recommended to be 16 years of age & up

Prepare for your Session at Heart of Healing
- Please arrive at least 10-minutes before the session to check-in & acclimateΒ
- Come Hydrated, bring a Water Bottle
- Avoid heavy meals before your session
- Moderate caffeine intake before the session
- We do not advise bathroom breaks in between your session so please use the washroom beforehand
- Wear comfortable loose clothing (preferably not jeans)
- Take off hard belts, dangly jewelry, or uncomfortable hair pieces
- BREATHE (more slowly, deeply & rhythmically than usual)
- Prepare to Relax & Let Go
- Allow the mind to flow into a meditative state
- Come with an open heart & mind
How it works:
You will be laying on a water bed with a speaker underneath that vibrates your body with the vibrations of the music, which is programmed with a Light Therapy system that entrains the brain waves while you experience an (eyes closed) inner visual color spectrum of patterns.
The different brain waves take you into different states of awareness, relaxation, and depth, creating space to heal, repair, and rejuvenate. Letting go of what no longer serves you as you allow flow. Letting go of trauma, pain, emotional blockages in the layers of the body, etc.
Replacing it with a higher vibrational state where you come into more balance, alignment, and flow.
